Ummm so lets talk about my TBR. You know how you see those great goodreads profiles that have all there books labeled fantastically, a TBR of around 30 that’s organised and beautiful?

Well think of the opposite and that’s me. My TBR is a mess, I try to organize and delete and try to sort but it is still ridiculously longer then I would like and everywhere.

How do you keep track of your TBR pile?

*Shaky voice* Goodreads? Lets be real there is no tracking. Tracking is a no, there is no tracking here.

How do you determine which book from your TBR pile to read next?

I’m a mood reader so it all depends on what I feel like. I have a LOT of TBR books on my shelf but sometimes most of the time I’ll just look at them, sigh and go buy an e book in the genre I feel like. My bad.

 

A book that’s been on your TBR the longest?

 

The Art of Racing in the Rain. I’ve been meaning to pick this up for a while but I have no plans on when it will be read.

The synopsis sounds fantastic and the cover is adorable, but I just can’t pick it up. I feel like books develop the properties of Thor’s Hammer and just won’t be budged until they and we are ready.

 

 

 

A book that you recently added to you TBR?

I recently added Wonder by R.J. Palacio (by recently I mean today[and by today I mean 10 mins ago])

A book on your TBR strictly because of it’s beautiful cover?

Oh only a few…

Surprisingly I read most of my cover buys right away. Yes, yes I do judge books by their covers *insert angry lynch mob*I’m sorry!

 

A book on you TBR that you never plan on reading?

Crusher by Niall Leonard. I bought this because it was the only thing I felt like buying at the discount bookstore at the time.

I can’t remember what it’s about but I’m not planning on reading it. Maybe one day I’ll pick it up on a whim.

 

 

An unpublished book on your TBR that your excited about?

Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Mass – I want it now, now, now!

The Lord of Shadows By Cassandra Clare (The Dark Artifices #2)

Untitled – A Court of Thorns and roses #3

A book on your TBR everyone had read but you?

Illuminae By Amie Kaufman & Jay Kristoff. I need to pick this up and I will very soon! Promise.

 

 

 

 

 

A book on your TBR that everyone recommends to you?

Red Rising by Pierce Brown, I would love to read this series but I have so many series to get through at the moment. I’m not going to buy these until I make a dint in my current TBR series piles.

 

A book on you TBR that your dying to read?

 

The Raven King! I have it and I am picking it up next, I can’t wait to see how this series ends but I’m also really scared.

 

 

How many books are on your goodreads TBR shelf?

*hangs head in shame* 214.

I know it’s a lot but I’ve gone through it with a fine tooth comb and I really need to read all of these.
