The wonderful Kirsty from Kirsty Reads tagged me in this, oh only 3 MONTHS AGO! So I’m behind on my tags, that happens to every one right? (tell me I’m right okay) haha.

Well the good thing about me being so lazy with my tags is I’ve actually seen A Game of Thrones now and started reading A Song of Ice and Fire so I’ll know who’s the what and whats going on when I answer these questions:

*UNPOPULAR OPINION ALERT* The rest of The Enders Game series, not only was the first book horrible and had me bored and annoyed the hell out of me I don’t like Orson Card as a human so I won’t support him by buying any of his books. I’m not sorry in the slightest.

Anything Fantasy is perfect to snuggle down with buy I’m going to go with Six of Crows by Leigh Bardugo, I mean they have to pull of a heist in the Ice Court (It’s like Russia and its cold as heck)

My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick A book about a family with like a bazillion children and they are close, and they squabble and are just amazing and I wish I lived next door from them.

The Fill in boyfriend This book just started off really “oh I’m popular and oh no my BF broke up with me and now my friends are going to think I’m a huge liar” and I wasn’t that into it BUT THEN the MC turned out not to be a shallow ninny head and I really liked her.

OURS IS THE FURY – A Book that made you furious

24476465.jpgThe whole Frostfire series but SPECIFICALLY the last book Crystal Kingdoms. I was so bored, I really disliked the main character, and thought the world could have been cooler (I’m mean its about trolls, I want some rumplestilskin-ish stuff :() This book series just annoyed me so much I got to the last 40 pages THE LAST 20 minutes of reading! It’s in the middle of an ‘epic’ battle and I DNF’d it. Not because I couldn’t read the rest just cause it annoyed me SO much I felt like I needed to do something to spite the book and just be like “HA! I win”

16034235.jpgI don’t know what has been happening lately with The Throne of Glass fandom and I don’t want to know until I read Empire of Storms incase I get spoiled but I’ve glimpsed at all this drama going on with the Fandom and even though I have unwavering devotion to these books I’m not cool with the hate going on, it’s books guys we don’t need to put down other just because they don’t have the same taste as you. People are allowed to hate and like all different things and that’s how it should be. AND IF I GET SPOILED I WILL GO ALL JOFFREY STYLES ON SOMEONE.

Heaven by Virginia Andrews, This book was with me through all my tough times, family problems, bullying, *shudders* turning 13. This book isn’t special, it doesn’t ‘teach’ you anything it was just really fun to read and helped me escape the world for a little while and I will always be indebted to this book for starting my love of reading.

          1. I actually wasn’t going to join *whispers: don’t hate me anyone* because its already a big fandom and big books that I felt daunted. I finally agreed to read along with my friend and I’m so glad I did!

    1. Ah a lot of the things he believes in and the essays his written about marriage, divorce, and gay marriage just don’t sit right with me. I read Enders Game with out knowing anything about him and I love sci fy so I wanted to like the book but I just couldn’t 😦

      1. Fair enough, I’m a bit more complicated…. cursed with the ability to see both sides… so I take the religiously motivated at their word when they say it’s biblical and not mere bigotry. Don’t have to agree, just acknowledge their sincere beliefs. But thank you for answering!

  3. Hahaha I’m in the House of Targaryen, Mother of Dragons is the rightful Queen to the Iron Throne 😉 because.. I mean DRAGONS hello. I also would in all likelihood die in Game of Thrones lol, but you can be guaranteed I’d partner up with Tyrion, Daenerys and maybe Bran (he seems like a good bet to me).

    1. Haha I love Tyrion and Dany and Arya and Jon 😊 and of course all the dragons! 🐉🐲 I’d partner up with them to! The next season is just going to be so epic and I can’t way to see what happens to everyone although I’m a little scared to haha 🙈

      1. What season are you on?? (Just so I don’t accidentally say spoilers lol). I’m waiting for season 6 to hit DVD so I can watch it.. but I was basically spoiled on all the big things that happened in the season.

                1. ahah we’re the opposite! I’m reading the books before each season XD I rushed to read Dragon fly in amber before season 2 started and I haven’t even watched more then the first episode, oops haha. I need to have a TV weekend and just marathon the season soon 😀

        1. I listened to the Audiobook I few months ago as a reread and it was really good to! All the characters are just amazing! I’m happy it’s only 2 books because we’ll get to the end so much sooner but I wouldn’t mind spending longer with the characters 🙈

          1. Yeah I kind of like the idea of it only being a duology, less waiting! But the story will be over so much sooner D: I am interested to see how they get out of the mess from the last book =)

  6. As someone who DNF’d the Clash of Kings, and just gave up on the series right there, I can’t appreciate everything in this post. But I adore your book selections. I get where you are coming from with Ender’s Game, or well, Orson Scott Card as a person. And I love your dedication to Throne of Glass!
    I’ve never read Six of Crows, though… I might need to get on that.

    1. You definitely need to get on to six of Crows! It’s so good there’s pirates and heists and hilarious banter, it’s just so fantastic 😀
      I can see how you’d DNF the books there’s just a lot to get through and although a lot happens nothing big really happens if that makes sense? I’m kind of glad I watch the TV series first because I feel like I may have felt differently about the whole series if I read the books first.

    1. I know! The end scene just got me I was like we REALLY have to wait a year now *sobs* I can’t wait for season 7. My favorite episodes are the second last ones there always so action packed I just love it 😀
