My feelings when I finally drag myself from my warm bed.

Monday madness is simply books that taste like coffee.

MMM shares with you the books that made me get up and go, pure page turners, or feel good books that have given me some great insight or just a happy motivated feeling once I have put them down.

Well Mondays here again and I’m sick! I am still going to work and what not but I have the constant need to sneeze and watering eyes, its not fun guys but I’ve got to pay for books some how.

For today’s chosen book I present you with :

Simon vs the Homo sapien’s agenda by Bekky Albertalli

Sixteen-year-old and not-so-openly gay Simon Spier prefers to save his drama for the school musical. But when an email falls into the wrong hands, his secret is at risk of being thrust into the spotlight. Now Simon is actually being blackmailed: if he doesn’t play wingman for class clown Martin, his sexual identity will become everyone’s business. Worse, the privacy of Blue, the pen name of the boy he’s been emailing, will be compromised.

With some messy dynamics emerging in his once tight-knit group of friends, and his email correspondence with Blue growing more flirtatious every day, Simon’s junior year has suddenly gotten all kinds of complicated. Now, change-averse Simon has to find a way to step out of his comfort zone before he’s pushed out—without alienating his friends, compromising himself, or fumbling a shot at happiness with the most confusing, adorable guy he’s never met. Can I give it more! I started this book at 9 pm and stayed up till the am’s to finish it.
This book has all the feels! It is funny, sad, and so goddamn cute!

Gosh this book made me happy, angry, laugh, cry and smile till my cheeks hurt, some times all at the same time.

No regrets in reading this all in one sitting or having to drink 3 coffees before lunch to feel human again, will definitely be reading this again when I’m looking for a heartwarming and all in all amazing book.

Big thank you to the Author Becky Albertalli for bringing this amazing story to life.image

I highly recommend you go out and buy some Oreo’s before you start this (you’ll thank me for it later)

Have you guys read this? What were your thoughts? This is definitely one of my favorites.

Hope you all have a productive week! You guys are tea-riffic!
